Swaps

Here are a couple of cards I made for some swaps that I have recently taken part in with some fellow demos. The first one was hosted by fabulous upline Karen which required watercolouring and brads.

And the second one was an open theme on SOS:

A Thank You

My amazing upline Karen has nominated my blog for the following award:

Which is so sweet... Thanks Kaz! and ofcourse Thank you to all of you who read my blog regularly. I will pass this nomination onto my fabulous sideline Mel - who has such a great blog with great challenges and projects. Great work Mel!

Kwerner Colour Inspiration & Card Box

Sorry I have been away a while, I have been busy finishing up my college assignment and then I got a head cold - yuck!

I have been making quite a few cards though which hopefully I will get around to posting for you all to see soon.
This weeks Kwerner Colour Inspiration is to use Rose Red, Regal Rose, Sage Shadow & Whisper White. I had a bit of trouble with this one because I have trouble with pastel colours for some reason. Here is what I came up with:

Another project that I have been working on is a box to keep all my cards in. I bought this neat little lunch tin from Spotlight and decorated it with Berry Bliss DSP and some items from my beloved Pretties Kit ~ I really love how it turned out and the cards fit inside perfectly.
